  • Attempting to hack or compromise system security

Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights on the website (design, code, logo) belong to Shaio Media
  • You retain all rights to the original photos you uploaded
  • You declare that you own the rights to the content you uploaded
  • Copying, duplicating, or publishing content from the website without written permission is prohibited

Liability and Limitations

  • The service is provided 'as is' without absolute warranty
  • No guarantee that the service will be available at all times or without errors
  • The company is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from use
  • The user is responsible for backing up their books and files

Payments and Refunds

• There is a limited free trial mode for each user

• Secure payments through recognized Israeli payment providers

• Refunds within 14 days in justified cases

Age Restriction for Purchase

Purchase Cancellation Policy

• Purchases made on the website can be cancelled until delivery of the digital product/service (e.g., until sending the download link or adding credits to the account).

• After delivery of a non-returnable digital product, cancellation may not be possible, subject to legal requirements.

Product Delivery Policy

• For digital books: Access to the download file is provided immediately after payment confirmation and appears on the "My Gallery" page in your account.

• The download link is automatically sent to the email address entered on the payment page (make sure the email is correct and up-to-date).

• If no email is received within a short time, check your spam/promotions folder or contact us through the contact page.

• Invoices/transaction confirmations may be sent to the same email address you provided for payment.

• In exceptional cases (system load/security checks), delivery will be made within 24 hours of payment.

• For credit packages/subscriptions: Credits are credited to the account immediately after payment confirmation.

Product Liability and Limitation of Liability

• The service and content are offered "as-is" (AS-IS). The company and/or its representatives will not be liable for direct or indirect damages caused by use of the service or products.

• The products do not constitute professional advice of any kind and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment.
